One of Konza LTER’s goals is to train the next generation of ecologists, educate the public, and provide outreach to increase the relevance of our long-term research to society.

Arts and Humanities The beauty of the Konza Prairie has served as an inspiration for many in the art community.
Education We provide training and professional development opportunities at many levels.
Public KNZ scientists and graduate students participate in numerous public outreach events annually.
Stewardship/Conservation Konza experiments inform land-use practices of tallgrass prairie in the Flint Hills.
